  • Cash-based means that Tosa PT and Wellness is an "Out of Network Provider" accepting payments up front for high quality, one-on-one, patient driven, whole body care by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. (Flex Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, debit/credit cards all accepted).

    It also means that you are in charge of the care that's right for you. With a diverse treatment selection and the most competitive pricing in the area, you're health will take shape in the way that works best for you.

    As an "Out of Network Provider", if you have Out of Network Benefits, Tosa PT can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement opportunity.

    Traditional Insurance based models see patients 2-3x's per week for shorter visit times and longer durations of care. (Think "twice a week for six weeks". - Sounds familiar right?) Insurance driven care often results in very high billing practices for weeks at a time to support the bottom line, not the needs of the patient.
