“My story is pretty simple. It has always been about connecting with people my entire life. Starting with my strong mom who gave me my sisters, My first soulmates, and leading to my son and daughter. I have been fortunate to have amazing and resilient people in my life who have shared so much love, laughter, and support over the years. It’s only fitting I found yoga which is grounded in connection to self and connection to community…

My classes focus on breath and movement, allowing the mind to become more open and present. I love being creative on the mat with prana and Asana. I nurture each individual to find theier own way on their mat. I hope what you learn about yourself on your mat, you take off the mat into your life.

Let’s practice together”

Tai Chi and Qigong

Special May Tai Chi & Qigong Workshop.

An Ancient Way to Strengthen Physical, Emotional, & Spiritual Resiliency

This experiential workshop will reveal the empowering philosophy and practice principles of Tai Chi and Qigong that you can use to cultivate physical, emotional, and spiritual resilience.

Rooted in both traditional wisdom and modern movement science, the program emphasizes the development of self-awareness, adaptability, and functional strength through intentional, coordinated movement. Beyond the physical benefits, Tai Chi and Qigong are taught as tools for emotional balance and mental clarity. The integration of mindfulness, meditation, and movement promotes a calm, focused state, helping participants better manage stress, enhance resilience, and build a greater sense of control over their well-being.
