Jeremy Scheifflee has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years, cultivating balance, strength, and inner peace through mindful movement. His passion for health and vitality was deepened by a near-fatal accident in his early twenties, an experience that sparked a lifelong journey of healing and self-discovery. That journey led to his book An Angel Moved Me, where he shares the lessons and transformations that came from surviving and thriving against all odds. Today, Jer combines his knowledge of Tai Chi, Qigong, and holistic living to help others find calm, resilience, and renewed energy in their own lives.

Try something new.

You’ll be glad you did.
