This experience is co-led by two facilitators bringing their own unique gifts to support your journey:
🌀 Cindy Lakatos will open the space with a grounding meditation and facilitate a reflective group discussion to help you explore the stories and emotions tied to fear.
💫 Analisia White will then guide you through nervous system-supportive breathwork, gentle movement to reconnect with the body, and a restorative sound healing session to integrate and anchor your experience.
Together, we’ll create a safe and nurturing space to witness fear without judgment and nurture the courage that already lives within you.
What to Expect:
Guided meditation
Group discussion & journaling prompts
Breathwork for nervous system support
Gentle movement (no yoga experience needed)
Sound healing to close
A safe, heart-centered environment
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, water bottle, and any cozy items for comfort (blanket, eye mask, pillow, etc.).
