During our two hours together, we'll do a
45 minute yoga class,
a wee bit of meditation,
and then enjoy some cookbookrecipes.
All three parts should leave you feeling nourished in all senses of the word.
We'll move our bodies, we'll quiet our minds, and we'll eat food as cozy asa warm blanket.
Bring a friend or family member to make it even more fun!
Children aged 14 and up are welcome. There are mats, blocks, and straps at this studio but feel free to bring your own.
More on Maggie
Maggie Skarich Joos came to yoga much like many others, hoping to feel longer, leaner, and a little more grounded in the midst of everyday life. What she didn’t expect was how deeply she’d connect with the fuller, richer philosophy of yoga along the way.
She earned her 200-hour Integrative Yoga Therapy certification from Haleybird Studios in Wauwatosa, WI in 2013. What began as a personal exploration quickly became a passion for teaching and sharing yoga with others.
A lifelong entrepreneur, writer, and storyteller, Maggie brings creativity and curiosity into the studio. You never know what might spark the theme of class — a chocolate truffle, a warm breeze, or even a tweaked shoulder — but you can always count on a thoughtful, grounded experience.
Maggie’s classes offer a slow, steady rhythm with an emphasis on mindfulness and a touch of core work inspired by her love of Pilates. Students can expect to leave feeling relaxed yet focused, strengthened, and stretched.
