Whether you’re brand new to TaiChi or you’re returning to the practice, you made a powerful choice for your health, your energy, and your overall well-being. Our classes are designed for every age and ability, and you’ll always be met right where you are.

This experiential workshop will reveal the empowering philosophy and practice principles of Tai Chi and Qigong that you can use to cultivate physical, emotional, and spiritual resilience. Rooted in both traditional wisdom and modern movement science, the program emphasizes the development of self-awareness, adaptability, and functional strength through intentional, coordinated movement. Beyond the physical benefits, Tai Chi and Qigong are taught as tools for emotional balance and mental clarity. The integration of mindfulness, meditation, and movement promotes a calm, focused state, helping participants better manage stress, enhance resilience, and build a greater sense of control over their well-being.

Highlights:

  • A welcoming, judgment-free space

  • Clear, easy-to-follow instruction

  • Movements that support your health without strain

  • A community of good people on the same path of growth and self-care
